Department of Sociology and Lifelong Learning Unit organized a joint workshop about (The Impact of Violence and Extremism on Society and Development), at the Department of Sociology, March 7, 2023. The workshop provided a definition of the term violence against women and addressed the causes of this violence. The workshop also discussed the term extremism and discussed its consequences on the community.
