Department of Computer Sciences at the College of Education for Women was established in 2000. The department offers courses that combine theory and practical training to extend students’ skills in computer programming. Students are also offered courses in Educational Psychology as a requirement to become high school teachers after graduation. The curriculum is designed to help intelligent and ambitious students to pursue a postgraduate degree. The department is provided with air-conditioned lecture halls, computer labs, data show projectors, high speed internet access, a conventional academic library, and a digital library.
