College of Education for Women Holds Its Eleventh Council Session
The College of Education for Women held its eleventh council session for the academic year (2025–2026), chaired by the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Athmar Shakir Majeed Al-Shattri, with the presence of council members, on the morning of Thursday, April 23, 2026.
The Dean emphasized the directives of the University President, Professor Dr. Alaa Abdul Hassan, highlighting the importance of strengthening direct communication between faculty members and students—especially with the approach of the examination period—in order to provide both academic and psychological support and to help alleviate the pressures they may face.
The session was convened on an urgent basis, reflecting the college administration’s commitment to ensuring a safe and supportive university environment by developing practical plans to support students and provide necessary psychological assistance, thereby enhancing their academic and emotional stability.
The council also discussed a number of academic and administrative issues related to the progress of the educational process.
