The Vision

The College of Education for Women aspires to prepare expert educators who master knowledge of content, intercultural sensitivity, and pedagogical skills that help students to improve their educational performance. 

Aims and Objectives
  1. Building highly qualified academic staff to improve efficiency and quality in education.

  2. Offering master’s and doctoral degrees in areas of study.

  3. Developing and revising postgraduate degree programs.

  4. Expanding the range of postgraduate programs in all the college majors.

  5. Encouraging students to take responsibility for their own learning.   

  6. Developing academic programs and courses for undergraduate majors.

  7. Hosting training courses that prepare academics to teach and get valid teaching certificates.

  8. Developing the educational system of the country and promoting social growth.

  9. Innovating the college scholarly journal and making it an international journal.

  10. Supporting the publication of a diverse collection of academic articles in the college journal.

  11. Encouraging the academic staff members to attend international forums and conferences to meet with distinguished scientists and share the latest research findings.

  12. Organizing international conferences for exchanging knowledge and experience.

  13. Developing and implementing laboratories for courses in English Language, Arabic Language, Geography, Home Economics, Kindergarten, Quran Sciences, and Computer Sciences.

  14. Adopting lifelong learning to perfect the proficiency of the faculty and to stay relevant in an ever evolving world.

  15. Encouraging students to be lifelong learners.

  16. Recruiting qualified faculties to enhance the intellectual environment and inspire the students.

  17. Sending graduate students abroad to do their master’s and doctoral degree at highly ranked universities.

  18. Improving the college campus through renovating its buildings and having an efficient heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems.
