College of Education for Women participated in a carnival organized on Scouting Anniversary Day, Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2023. The Unit of Student Affairs supervised the participation of our college in the carnival. Scouting helps students develop their self-confidence, ethics, and leadership skills.
