Department of Sociology organized a symposium about (Woman and Marketing Variables), at Al-Mustafa Hall, on Sunday, Feb 26, 2023. World Bank Annual Report 2022 confirmed that female labour force in Iraq is among the lowest worldwide. Hence, the symposium addressed the necessity of women’s economic empowerment and gender equality. The symposium also discussed the strategies to help women become economically empowered.
