Department of Sociology and Lifelong Learning Unit organized a joint workshop about (Investing in Disability), at Dept. of Sociology, on Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2023. The workshop concerns creating a workplace that can benefit from employing people with disabilities. Asst. Prof. Dr. Muna Haider Abdul-Jabbar and Lect. Dr. Maryam Jabbar stressed the necessity of providing vocational rehabilitation programs to help disabled people achieve employment.
