Department of Home Economics and Lifelong Learning Unit organized a joint workshop about (Extraction of Phenolic compounds from Food), at the Sewing Hall, on Monday 31. Lect. Dr. Wiam Abdulwaheed gave a lecture on how to extract Phenolic compounds from food, while maintaining the biological activities of the products. Dr. Wiam Abdulwaheed stressed on providing the ideal environment for chemical extraction.
