As part of its successes at the local level and to enhance the spirit of belonging and citizenship and invest energies in the humanitarian and social aspect, the College of Education for Girls at the University of Baghdad won the first place among the university’s formations in volunteer work, scouting and student activities within the results announced by the University of Baghdad in the annual performance evaluation for the year 2023-2024. As the College of Education for Women, represented by the dean of the College, Dr. Athmar Shaker Majeed Al-Shatri, as part of its service activities, sought voluntary and humanitarian initiatives in providing support in orphanages and the elderly care home in Baghdad, as well as providing food and household assistance to students of the boarding departments, and collective breakfast initiatives for its students, in which a number of college employees and professors participated.
