Prof. Dr. Talal Khalifa Salman had participated at the Sixth International Conference about “Al-Arba’in Visitation”, held at Imam Hussein’s Holy Shrine, on 23-24 September 2022. Dr. Khalifa addressed, in his paper titled “The Importance of Arba’in Visitation”, the religious, ideological, ethical, social, and psychological effects of Al-Arba’in Visitation on the community.
