Prof. Dr. Hassan Mandil Hassan, a respected teacher in the Department of Arabic Language, participated in the scientific conference Arabic language at the University of Baghdad with his research titled (Using social media to spread hate speech), which was held on 17- 18/4/2014, the research dealt with hate speech directed to sources of Islamic legislation, especially the Holy Qur’an, taking advantage of social media in order to influence Muslims, especially those who do not have sufficient intellectual immunity to confront them intellectually and scientifically.
