Prof. Dr. Hassan Mandeel Hassan M. Al-Ugaili, Professor at the Department of Arabic Language, was awarded a certificate of appreciation by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for his efforts as the Chairman of the Inspection Committee that carried out capacity assessment of private colleges and universities in Bagdad.
