Under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Education for Women, Asst. Prof. Dr. Athmar Shaker Majeed Al-Shatri, the Computer Department held the training workshop titled: ((Electronic Games and Their Impact on the Individual and Society)) at eleven thirty in the morning on Sunday, 16/2/2025, in the laboratory hall of the Department of Computing, attended by a group of professors of the department, lectured by Asst. Prof. Iman Muhammad Jaafar .
The workshop aims to find out the following:
1- What is the impact of electronic games on the individual and society?
2- What is the purpose of electronic games?
3. What are the consequences of electronic games for generations?
The workshop reached a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: 1_ We have to use video games in a healthy way.
Video games have benefits and risks, but regulation and moderation are the keys to taking advantage of the benefits and avoiding risks
