Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Education for Women, Asst. Prof. Dr. Athmar Shaker Majeed Al-Shatri, and the supervision of the respected Director of the Scientific Affairs Unit, Asst. Inst. Mervat Farouk Younis, the unit, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit, held the training workshop tagged with: ((The Mechanism of Presenting and Working Sobriety of Scientific Journals))on Wednesday, 1/8/2025 at ten o’clock in the morning, and at the Continuing Education Hall, and was attended by a group of professors, employees, and students of the College of Education for Women; lectured by the Asst. Inst. Shatha Abbas Jassim. The training workshop aims to the following:
1- Clarifying the mechanism and work of sobriety of scientific journals.
2- Stating the standards of sobriety of scientific journals.
3- Knowing the types and importance of sober scientific journals.
4- Knowing the challenges facing the sobriety of scientific journals.
5- Introducing the sites and links for submitting and auditing sober scientific journals.
The training workshop reached a set of recommendations, the most important of which are:
1- Ensuring the quality of research published in journals.
2- Emphasizing publishing standards in originality, quality and innovation.
