Supervision by the Dean of the College of Education for Women, Assistant Professor Dr. Athmar Shaker Majeed Al–Shatri, and under the supervision of the respected official of the Rehabilitation, Employment and Follow-up Unit, Eng. Iman Rahim Salem, the unit held the specialized course titled ((Geography and the labor market, reality and ambition)) on Thursday and Monday, 26–30/12/2024 in the Graduate Studies Hall in the Department of Geography. The workshop aimed to knowing the job opportunities available to graduates of the Department of Geography, as the specialization is related to multiple fields including environmental analysis, urban planning, geographical technology, and others., Spreading awareness of the importance of geography in development and planning and Creating job opportunities in the public and private sectors and investing in environmental and development projects.
