Under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Education for Women, Prof. Dr. Athmar Shaker Majeed Al-Shatri, and the supervision of the respected Director of the Library, Inst. Hanan Majeed Ali, the Library Division, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit, held a training workshop tagged: ((Quality Elements in Education)) on Sunday, 5/1/2025 at ten o’clock in the morning, and in the hall of the Continuing Education Unit, and was attended by a group of professors of the department, employees and students of the College of Education for Women, and lectured by: Asst. Inst. Lamia Nabil Mahmoud, Asst. Inst. Rana Munir Abdul Razzaq.
The training workshop aims to find out the following:
1- Knowledge of the elements of quality in education.
2- Working on developing teaching methods.
3- How to follow the method of motivation in excellence and creativity.
The training workshop reached a set of recommendations, the most important of which are:
1. Qualifying and training human cadres that can practice quality assurance activities in the educational institution, and achieving the required standards.
2- Providing a physical environment that contributes to achieving the objectives of the curriculum and providing an attractive classroom environment for students. 3. Providing a library and a room for educational resources and encouraging students to scientific research and achieve the objectives of the curriculum.
