Under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Education for Women, Prof. Dr. Athmar Shaker Majeed Al-Shatri, and the supervision of the respected Head of the Continuing Education Unit, Prof. Saba Hassan Abd Ali, the unit, in cooperation with the Scientific Affairs Unit, held a scientific symposium tagged with: ((The role of educational institutions in promoting the spirit of original social values among students))on Wednesday, 15/1/2025, and at the Continuing Education Hall in the College of Education for Women, and several college professors lectured, and it was attended by a group of professors, employees, and students of the college.
The scientific Seminar aims to find out the following:
1- Knowing the importance of educational institutions.
2. Explaining its vital role in the upbringing of generations and the development of society.
3- How to enhance cooperation between educational institutions and educational institutions for different age groups.
4- Knowing the challenges facing educational institutions and how to solve them.
The seminar reached a set of recommendations, the most important of which are:
1- Include in the curricula topics that promote social values, such as: tolerance, cooperation, respect, and citizenship.
2- Employing technology to promote values through educational films and digital educational content.
