Under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Education for Women, Assistant Professor Dr. Athmar Shaker Majeed Al-Shatri, and the supervision of the respected Head of the English Language Department, Prof. Dr. Wafaa Abdel Saheb, the department, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit, held a training workshop tagged with :((Exploring Classroom Management Methods)) at ten thirty in the morning, on Monday, 20/1/2025, and at Al-Mustafa Hall in the College of Education for Women. It was attended by the Head of the English Language Department, and a group of students of the department, and lectured by: Asst. Inst. Enas Talib Nassif, Eng. Alaa Yassin Hassan, the respectable.
The workshop aims to find out the following:
1- Classroom management concept.
2- How to choose the appropriate method according to the needs of students.
3. Demonstrate effective skills and methods for classroom management and avoiding challenges.
The workshop reached a set of recommendations, the most important of which are:
1- Encouraging teachers to attend developmental and periodic workshops to enhance their skills.
2- Providing resources that help teachers use innovative methods in classroom management.
