The Journal of the College of Education for Women Ranks 14th among Top Arabic Journals in the field of Arts and Humanities

The College of Education for Women Journal was present in the Zoom meeting held on Saturday, October 18, 2025 to announce the results of the 2025 annual report of the Arab Reference Citation and Impact Factor (ARCEF.

The journal achieved a remarkable accomplishment by ranking 14th among the top 15 Arab journals in the field of arts and humanities (interdisciplinary) out of 252 participating Arab journals, which is deemed a significant step in the journal’s journey of excellence and scientific leadership.

This achievement was the fruit of the support and patronage of the Dean of the College of Education for Women, Prof. Dr. Athmar Al-Shatri, who was keen to enhance the status of the college and its scientific journal by adopting a comprehensive development plan aimed at including the journal in Arab and international databases and raising its research and editorial efficiency.

Assistant Professor Dr. Adhra A. Nasser, editor-in-chief of the journal and chair of the development committee, editor-in-chief, Prof. Adnan Yassin, also played an active and important role in achieving this progress through her direct supervision of the development of academic publishing standards and the updating of editorial plans in line with ARCEF requirements.
