Department of Home Economics and Lifelong learning Division organized a joint workshop about (Calculating Ideal Body Weight), at Lifelong Learning Hall, on Tuesday, December 27, 2022. Lect. Bahira Mahmoud Jaa\u2019far explained to the audience how to count the ideal weight and the ways to reach the ideal weight. Lect. Jaa\u2019far emphasized on the importance of eating healthy food as whole grains, fresh vegetables and fruits, nuts, and low fat food. She also explained the importance of regular physical activities.<\/h4>\n
