Department of Home Economics and lifelong Learning Unit in College of Education for Women held a workshop about “Nutritional anemia, its causes and how to prevent it”, on Tuesday May 2, 2023 at Sewing Lab Hall. The workshop recognize the concept of nutritional anemia and normal blood values. It also highlighted on spreading nutritional awareness of the importance of eating healthy foods and following a diet that cares about the quality of food eaten, not its quantity. <\/span><\/p>\n
