It is the only department that offers this academic major in Iraq. The courses of the department include textile and clothing, home management and design, biology, nutrition, and food science. The department has a lab to practice and develop students\u2019 skills. Students are prepared for jobs related to their area of study like teachers, interior designers, dietetics, and childcare workers.
